To delete or not to delete - comments
My last post received a comment. I don't get a lot of comments but from time to time some makes the effort to type a comment. I'm excited to see a comment and quickly click to read the entry. This particular entry is a long advertisement of a money making scheme that I personally would not try. It requires a $20.00 purchase of marketing materials which is a red flag for me. I would be interested to hear from the blogosphere how many bloggers would remove the comment.

It sounds like typical spam to me, and yep, I'd delete it ASAP.

That's not a comment.
That is spam.
That is a person who is using your platform [hard efforts] as a way to advertise for free, his/her product. Always delete them when they offer, otherwise, no substantive value to your post.

Hi I read your post on to delete or not delete....just delete. I have a blog too and only once I got a comment from a rival blogger who in a not so mature way went off about my site, I did not let his comment go through.Now alot of people will probable disagree with how I handled this, but I look at it this way,it's like our home and if you like what someone is saying or doing in your home you ask them to leave....
Also I wanted to mention something about your post on the Entrecard give-away, I also received the 2000 e.c. pts. do you think everyone got it? I'm not so sure. Thanks for some great post, will be back to visit your site. **JJ**

You have already deleted it,still I'd give my opinion :P .. Yeah I'd delete it too if I had such comment/spam on my blog! :D
